Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 32 days of the delivery date.
All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return Authorization
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team before sending any item back.
Return instructions and authorization details will be provided after the request is reviewed and approved.
Return Shipping
For approved returns, Kitchen Creek Farm provides a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.
Inspection & Approval
Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Situations

Cancellations
