## 1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within **32 days** from the date your order was delivered. To qualify:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible.
Products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within **48 hours** of delivery so we can assist promptly.
## 2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of misuse or modification
- Goods without original packaging
- Products returned after the 32-day window
- Items damaged by water, impact, or improper electrical use
## 3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Provide photos or a short description if the product is defective.
3. Our support team will review your request.
4. If approved, we will issue a **prepaid return shipping label**.
5. Once the product arrives at our facility, we will inspect it.
6. Refunds are issued within **5 business days** using your original payment method.
## 4. Refund Deductions
In some cases, the following may apply:
- Returns missing accessories may incur a partial deduction.
- Used or heavily handled items may qualify for a partial refund.
- Unauthorized returns (items sent back without approval) may be rejected.
## 5. Package Not Received or Refused
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts:
- A restocking fee may apply.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
## 6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has **not yet shipped**. Once tracking has been generated, cancellation is no longer possible.
## 7. Reversed Payments & Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed or disputed without following our return procedure, a **$50 administrative fee** may be charged. Any unresolved balances may be forwarded to collections if necessary.
