## 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within **1–2 business days**. This includes:

- Packaging and quality checks
- Preparation for courier pickup
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
## 2. Delivery Time
Once shipped, most packages arrive within:
- **2–3 business days** for standard U.S. delivery
Delivery times may vary slightly based on weather, carrier delays, or remote-area destinations.
## 3. Shipping Costs
We offer:
- **Free standard shipping** on orders **$20 or above**
- Flat-rate shipping for lower-value orders
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
## 4. Tracking Information
You will automatically receive a tracking number by email once your package has shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s website.
## 5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We cannot reroute packages once they have left our facility.
